Corrections

Every recipe goes through testing and every regional note gets checked before it's published, but that process isn't foolproof. A number can be mistyped, and plenty of culinary history is genuinely argued over even within families who grew up cooking the same dish. If something here looks off, this form is the right place to say so, since it keeps the report trackable in a way a stray comment elsewhere wouldn't.

What makes a report easy to act on

  • The page's URL, or at minimum the recipe's name.
  • The specific detail in question — whether that's a quantity, a step, a timing, or a regional or historical claim.
  • A brief reason you think it's wrong, plus a source if you happen to have one handy.
